$750 COMMITMENT DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A $750 non-refundable commitment deposit is required to reserve your spot in the Bali Retreat. Register for the Retreat and pay your $750 Commitment Deposit by December 15th, 2019.
The $750 counts toward the total price of the course and travel expenses, and is only refundable in the event Shanna and John are unable to run the course.
CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT: In order to offer quality accommodations at a reasonable rate, participants will have to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on or before January 15th, 2020.
- When enough participants have signed up and paid at least 50% of the total cost of the Bali Retreat, Shanna will send a Confirmation of Enrollment to each participant; this confirmation can take place at any point on or before January 15th, 2020.
- The Confirmation of Enrollment will specify that from the next business day, 50% of the total cost of the study tour is non-refundable.
- If on January 15th, 2020 the number of participants who have signed up and paid at least 50% is insufficient, the trip may be cancelled; if Shanna and John cancel the trip, all monies will be refunded.
FINAL PAYMENT of the remaining balance must be received by February 27th, 2020.
In the event of cancellation by participant of “Life Transforming Journey to Bali”:
- 120+ days prior to the retreat date (February 19th, 2020 or sooner): Entire payment will be refunded, minus the $750 non-refundable deposit.
- 90-120 days prior to the retreat date (February 19th – March 20th, 2020): Payments are 50% refundable (less the non-refundable deposits).
- 0-89 days prior to the retreat date (after March 21st, 2020): All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event of cancellation by Shanna and John Vosler:
- In the event of cancellation by Shanna and John, your payment and deposit will be refunded 100%.
- Finalization/cancellation of retreat can occur up to 90 days prior to retreat.
- Please confirm that the retreat has reached minimum capacity before purchasing your airline tickets, if required.

- $200 Early Full Payment Discount – Pay in full by January 15th, 2020 and receive a $200 discount.

BOOK YOUR OWN INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: International travel to Bali is not included in the price of the program (all ground and air transport within Bali is included). As the program will start in Ubud and end in Santur (included is ground transportation to Denpasar International Airport), participants will need to book their travel to and from Denpasar International Airport with these dates in mind:
- ARRIVAL IN BALI MUST BE NO LATER THAN 6 A.M. on Thursday, June 18th, 2020.
- RETURN FLIGHT FROM BALI MUST DEPART NO EARLIER THAN 10 P.M. on Saturday, June 27th, 2020.

PLEASE NOTE – WE STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR INTERNATIONAL AIRFARE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT FROM SHANNA (see above).
IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: All students must have a valid passport (expiration date at least 6 months from scheduled date of return to the United States). You can procure a Visa on Arrival at the airport. Participants are responsible for being familiar with USA and Indonesian travel requirements. No refunds will be made should a student fail to secure proper travel documentation.
