That’s why we call it Rays of Yoga, as Yoga can help us cultivate our awareness, clear our minds, and heal on so many different levels.

The Rays of Yoga practice taught by Denise and Shanna has been created to make it possible for anyone to practice according to their own needs and abilities. It can be adjusted and fine-tuned for every individual, so that they receive maximum benefit from this healing practice.

Denise and Shanna lived in Kashmir, India for 15 years studying the ancient teachings of Kashmir Shaivism with the great Yoga Master Swami Lakshmanjoo. Swami Lakshmanjoo was the last living exponent of this ancient philosophy. Kashmir Shaivism explains that the whole universe is filled with consciousness and teaches the individual how to discover their own internal consciousness.
